Led by Niels Alberg, PUBLIKUM’s co-founder and an expert in audience insights, this masterclass session will reveal how filmmakers, distributors, and cultural professionals can deeply understand their audiences' emotions across home and international markets. Unlike traditional AI platforms focused on box office predictions, PUBLIKUM harnesses AI to explore the emotional impact of stories - offering structured reflections that inspire creative decisions while preserving artistic integrity. From early development to marketing and positioning, participants will learn how PUBLIKUM enables their clients to use audience insight as a creative tool, elevating their storytelling to resonate more profoundly. Whether you work in film, TV, gaming, festivals, or museums, this masterclass will change how you think about audience engagement - moving beyond consumers to understanding audiences as humans with emotions, desires, and stories of their own.
