11tg ZagrebDox Award Ceremony tomorrow


Tomorrow at 7pm, Cineplexx (Kaptol Centre) theatre 2, we will announce the winners of the 11th ZagrebDox. Stay at the festival after the award ceremony on Sunday, with the Best of Fest programme showing all the award-winning films.

The 11th ZagrebDox award ceremony takes place on Saturday, 28 Feburary at 7pm, theatre 2, Cineplexx (Kaptol Centre). The Big Stamp award winners in international and regional competition will be made known, as well as the winners of the Small Stamp (for the best film by a filmmaker up to 35 years of age), Movies That Matter award and Teen Jury award. In addition to main awards, the winners of special mentions will also be announced.

International competition films are judged by director Vinko Brešan, director Ágnes Sós and editor and producer Hans Robert Eisenhauer. The regional competition winning team will be selected by producer and distributer Heino Deckert, director Marius Iacob and writer Ivana Simić Bodrožić. The best film by a filmmaker up to 35 years of age is chosen by the Young Jury: directors Carlo Zoratti and Hrvoje Mabić and Zagreb Film Festival Industry programme coordinator Jelena Pašić. The film that best promotes human rights is at the discretion of the Movies That Matter jury consisting of director Vitaly Mansky, director Tamara Erde and political scientist Ana Matan. Teen Dox jury consists of the student at the Private Art High School in Zagreb.

After the award ceremony, the festival continues with the regular programme on Saturday, and on Sunday, 1 March, the 11th ZagrebDox award-winning films screen in the Best of Fest programme. The ticket price for all the six screenings in one theatre is 35 kuna.
